Tim Erickson, Director of Operations
Tim started early in the events industry when
his family used to frequently volunteer at air shows and festivals in the
northeast. Upon completing high school he decided to turn that passion in to a
career coming to Denver and getting his B.S. in Sports/Entertainment &
Event Management at Johnson & Wales University. Through his academic and
professional career Tim learned the ins & outs of not only event operations
and marketing, but also food and beverage management. In the seven years since his
migration to Denver Tim has had the pleasure to take part in some of the large
events that have become a staple for Colorado.
Beth Ashby, Event Manager
Beth has been working in the events industry since the early 90's. She graduated with honors from Metropolitan State College of Denver in the hospitality program with a meeting and events emphasis. Initially, Beth did continuing education conferences and annual meetings. From there she has had several years of festival experience specifically working with restaurants. In the 20 years working in this industry, Beth has enjoyed a wide variety of meetings and events which has given her a solid base of experience.

Incorporated in 2003, Eventful Productions is an event management and production company with a remarkable reputation for creating amazing events. Specializing in outdoor events, EPI is involved in planning several of Denver’s premier summer festivals. You can also find us planning indoor functions including fundraiser galas, film premiere parties, chef dinners, private parties, VIP receptions, and industry networking sessions. Whether planning a party for 12 or a festival for 400,000, we have pledged to keep up on industry trends and continue to raise the bar! Renee Ortiz, President
In the late 90’s, Renee fell in love with planning events – the ability to bring people together in celebration is her passion. Over the past twelve years, Renee has planned events ranging from 12 to 500,000 attendees in Colorado, California, Michigan and Florida. She founded Eventful Productions, Inc. in 2003, which supports many of the major outdoor festivals in the Denver-Metro area. Renee previously served on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Festivals & Events Association, and continues to support the events industry in Colorado at every opportunity.
